By accessing or using CannaMatch AI ("the Platform"), operated by Higher Vibes Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
CannaMatch AI is a B2B wholesale cannabis product discovery platform that connects licensed cannabis brands with licensed cannabis retailers and dispensaries. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to match buyer search queries with brand product listings.
You must hold all required state and local cannabis licenses to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally licensed to operate in the cannabis industry in your jurisdiction. CannaMatch AI reserves the right to verify licenses and terminate accounts that cannot provide valid licensing documentation.
Brands pay a monthly or annual subscription fee to list products on the Platform. Subscription fees are charged in advance. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Dispensary buyers may access the Platform at no cost subject to these Terms. CannaMatch AI reserves the right to introduce paid buyer tiers with additional features in the future.
You agree not to: misrepresent your licensing status, list products not legally authorized for sale in your market, use the Platform to facilitate any unlawful transaction, attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment systems, or scrape or copy Platform data without permission.
CannaMatch AI facilitates discovery and connection between brands and buyers. The Platform is not a party to any wholesale transaction between brands and buyers. All purchase orders, payments between brands and buyers, and related disputes are solely between those parties.
Cannabis laws vary by state and locality. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform and any transactions conducted through it comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. CannaMatch AI does not provide legal advice.
All Platform content, design, and technology is owned by Higher Vibes Solutions. Brand product information remains the property of the respective brand. By listing on the Platform, brands grant CannaMatch AI a license to display their product information to buyers.
CannaMatch AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Higher Vibes Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three months prior to any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon termination, your listings will be removed from the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
